WEBINAR DETAILS
In this highly
scrutinized industry, it is critical to understand the regulatory agencies’
expectations, which are often influenced by economic factors. Although interest
rates have come down recently, refinance risk is still an important issue for
many organizations. There will continue to be very close scrutiny of CRE loans,
especially for organizations with CRE concentrations. Agricultural lending is likely
to be an area of growing concern with ag economists believing the ag economy is
in, or near, a recession. There has been some growing delinquency in automobile
loans. With these existing and emerging challenges, it is more important than
ever to be in sync with regulators. Irrespective of the economy, understanding
regulators’ general expectations contributes to effective credit underwriting
and management.
So, what are regulators’
expectations for 2025? What are they most concerned about regarding effective
credit management? Get expert insight on how to practically meet their
expectations and effectively communicate with them, including how to constructively
discuss criticisms or disagreements. (Note: This webinar will be focused on
credit risk and credit management and not on compliance.)
