The FDIC has issued final amendments to the
official signage and advertising requirements under 12 CFR §§ 328.4 and 328.5,
effective April 1, 2027. Join us for an in-depth review of the new requirements
governing the display of the FDIC official digital sign and non-deposit
disclosures across digital banking channels, including online platforms, mobile
applications, and other electronic interfaces.
This session will break down the updated regulatory
