focus on the first section of the BSA exam manual. It will encompass the risk
assessment, compliance program, internal controls, audit, BSA officer, and
training. Proposed new AML program rules will affect the risk assessment
process and add risk assessments to the BSA regulation. The AML/CFT program
rules will change the title of the BSA officer and make other exciting changes
to the pillars.
