WEBINAR DETAILS

Beginning November 2, 2026, the new Uniform Residential Appraisal Report (URAR) will be required to be submitted for all government-sponsored enterprise (GSE) loans. This dynamic form replaces multiple legacy forms, including the fixed 1004 form. You’ve likely been working with your third-party provider to ensure your loan operating system is ready for this change.

In this session, we will dive deep into the new elements of the URAR and how to incorporate this multi-use form into your appraisal review process. We will walk through the report section by section using a provided appraisal review checklist updated to reflect the latest changes.
