She is a nationally recognized training and quality improvement consultant with more than 30 years of experience helping banks, credit unions, and banking associations elevate frontline and leadership performance. As founder of InterAction Training’s development programs and creator of the A‑E Professional Development Model, she designs learning that is memorable, actionable, and results driven. A graduate of the School of Bank Marketing at the University of Colorado, she holds certifications in Reality Therapy and training and development, grounding her work in behavioral science and instructional best practices while bringing energy, humor, and down‑to‑earth coaching to every session.
