Biography

Andy Zavoina brings more than 40 years of experience in banking, lending, and regulatory compliance. His career includes more than two decades in community banking, where he worked in consumer, commercial, and real estate lending, loan workouts, compliance management, auditing, and training. A nationally recognized speaker and educator, Andy has taught webinars, conferences, and banking schools across the country. He is a recipient of the American Bankers Association’s Distinguished Service Award for his contributions to regulatory compliance management and has held several leadership roles with the ABA.
