WEBINAR DETAILS
Privacy laws and the GLBA

organization, employees, accountholders, consumers, job applicants, and other
internal and external parties. Institutions are obligated to establish and
enforce mandatory rules and procedures for the acquisition, use, transmission,
disclosure, and retention of confidential and sensitive information, including
personally identifiable information (PII), nonpublic personal information (NPI),
and business records. Noncompliance and security breaches can result in
regulatory audits, litigation, civil and criminal penalties, monetary fines,
and possible imprisonment.
With this webinar you’ll
learn to distinguish sensitive information from confidential data, recognize
the difference between records and non-records, and apply privacy dos and

information integrity, and maximize compliance. Provided tools will include a sample
policy, a whitepaper, and a fact sheet.
