Wesley Kavelaris is the Vice President of Operations at Financial Education & Development, bringing 15 years of experience across digital platforms, ecommerce, and professional education. His background includes helping education businesses grow by strengthening their technology, improving operations, and making learning experiences easier for customers to access and use.
Throughout his career, Wesley has led product and platform teams and initiatives that support business expansion, bring systems together, and improve how teams work. His experience spans growing organizations and established education companies, where he has helped translate business goals into practical improvements for customers and employees.
At FinEd, Wesley focuses on ensuring the company’s technology and operations support reliable training delivery and continued growth. He works closely with leadership and teams across the business to simplify processes, strengthen platforms, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. He is motivated by working with high-performing teams to deliver valuable, easy-to-use experiences for customers and partners.
Wesley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Wisconsin’s outdoors, beekeeping, maple syrup production and practicing and teaching yoga. He is also a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters in Madison, Wisconsin.
