Biography
Rhea Hemish is a CPA and a partner at Eide Bailly. She has over 20 years’ public accounting experience with a focus on financial institution taxation and consulting. Rhea consults with banks regarding bank tax research issues, strategic planning, regulatory reporting research, and financial projections related to mergers, acquisitions, capital planning, and de novo banks. Rhea prepares regulatory applications and accompanying forecasted financial statements for banks and bank holding companies. In addition, she consults with bank clients regarding tax planning issues and manages and supervises tax-compliance engagements. She is a frequent presenter on BASEL III and tax issues.
