Lyndsay Rowland

Lyndsay Rowland is a shareholder with Starfield & Smith, P.C., where her practice includes all aspects of loan origination through loan defaults, including documentation needs, due diligence review, loan workouts, loan restructuring, bankruptcy issues, and litigation. Lyndsay provides guidance regarding the servicing and liquidation of SBA guaranteed loans, including consultation on servicing actions, preparation of a liquidation/litigation plan, forbearance and loan modification agreements, and guaranty purchase packages.

Lyndsay also handles litigation and bankruptcy matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where she is licensed to practice law. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Associations’ (TMA) Philadelphia chapter, as well as the Philadelphia chapter of the International Women’s Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC).
