Biography

Jeff Caponigro has over 35 years of reputation management and crisis communications experience and has helped manage hundreds of crisis situations in nearly every industry. He is the author of THE CRISIS COUNSELOR: A Step-by-Step Guide to Managing a Business Crisis. Jeff has conducted public relations initiatives for more than 20 financial institutions and many regional and national financial-services companies.

A popular public speaker on crisis planning and management, Jeff has addressed conferences, business groups and corporations throughout North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region. He majored in Journalism and English and was a former Chairman of the Board of Central Michigan University.
