Jan Weber is a seasoned professional who has been a part of
Financial Education and Development since 2008. Jan's love for language and her
long tenure at the company make her the resident historian and self-proclaimed “word nerd”. She
has recently transitioned to the role of Senior Editor and Consultant after
previously serving as Vice President. She now works part-time, a role she
thoroughly enjoys and spends most of her time working on webinar promotional
copy and planning the schedule.
Jan holds bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Sociology, which
has helped her develop strong people skills. Additionally, her natural knack
for administration and organizational flair has been an asset to Financial Ed.
She previously headed up the admission program for the State Bar of Montana,
where she oversaw the background investigation of new lawyers and conducted
multiple bar exams.
When she's not working, Jan loves to travel and camp with
her husband of 35 years, Jim. They also love spending time with their truly
adorable grandchildren, who bring so much joy to their lives.
Overall, Jan has a passion for language and a wealth of
knowledge about the company. Her dedication and hard work have contributed to
the success of Financial Education and Development, and her people skills and
administrative flair are invaluable assets.
