The Independent Community Banks of North Dakota is the only statewide association exclusively representing the independent community banks of North Dakota. We enable our independent member banks to provide competitive, profitable, high-quality financial services to their communities.

Driven by the needs of our members, our mission is to be a proactive industry advocate before state, federal, legislative, and regulatory bodies; to promote the importance of community banks to local, state, and national economies; and to create cooperative products, services, and educational offerings to assist our members to compete and flourish in a constantly changing financial services marketplace.

We offer a variety of educational resources and professional services for member banks, host an annual convention, provide a network of convenient surcharge-free ATMs, and give members access to the ICB Marketing Solutions, which includes discounts on promotional items, shipping, and office supplies.
