Tawnia has been a dedicated member of the Financial Education & Development team since joining the organization in 2020 as a bookkeeper and steadily growing into a trusted leader. Over the years, she has served in multiple roles, including Network Coordinator and Program Coordinator, building strong, lasting relationships with clients, partners, and industry experts along the way.
Now serving as Director of Client & Partner Success, Tawnia is passionate about making everyone she works with feel like family. She thrives on supporting and strengthening partnerships, and helping clients and colleagues succeed. Her leadership style is rooted in communication, collaboration, and a deep commitment to the company’s mission and values.
Tawnia’s career is matched by an equally meaningful personal journey. She and her husband are proud parents of two grown daughters who now live out of state, and she loves traveling to spend time with them. A devoted sports fan (Go Chiefs!), she also enjoys exploring new places, discovering and cooking new recipes, and embracing opportunities to learn and give back.
Inspired by her family’s experience, spending eight months at a Ronald McDonald House while their daughter bravely battled cancer, Tawnia serves on the Board of the Ronald McDonald House, where she is excited to give back to an organization that meant so much to her family.
