As a Principal AI Scientist at Amazon, Jon Conradt has over 11 years of experience in creating and delivering AI solutions for various domains and regions. With a strong background in leadership development, artificial intelligence, and Amazon Web Services, as well as certifications in computer-based training and AICC standards, Jon’s mission is to build strong teams of great people and solve difficult problems with AI. He has launched an AI incubator in Brazil, created and delivered AI curriculum and training for Amazon leaders and employees worldwide, and built and improved machine learning models and digital marketing systems. He has also contributed to multiple patents and publications in AI and CBT. Jon enjoys working with great people on hard problems and sharing his knowledge and passion for AI.
