Patrick Boot

Patrick is a member of the Hunton Andrews Kurth Financial Institutions Corporate and Regulatory Practice. He assists clients with legal and regulatory matters related to payment systems, banking and financial services, and technology and internet products. Before joining the firm, Patrick served as in-house counsel at a large financial institution where he focused on digital banking, FinTech, and payments.

Patrick provides strategic legal advice for new digital financial products and payment solutions, assists financial institutions with negotiating agreements for financial technology products and services, advises clients regarding digital banking and treasury management services, and represents financial institutions in the purchase and servicing of loans originated on FinTech platforms.
