Lyndsay Rowland

Lyndsay Rowland is an associate with Starfield & Smith, P.C., where she represents clients in all aspects of loans, including closings and defaults, documentation, due diligence review, loan workouts, restructuring, bankruptcy issues, and litigation. A portion of her practice encompasses recovery of loan collateral through foreclosures or seizures of other financed equipment. Lyndsay advises clients on SBA guaranteed loan matters ranging from liquidation, default, forbearance and loan modification agreements, and guaranty purchase packages. Prior to joining Starfield & Smith, she handled consumer collections. Lyndsay is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and received her law degree from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
