Paul Satterwhite is a partner at the law firm of Spencer Fane LLP where he helps employers interpret and understand the constantly changing landscape of employment laws. Paul provides practical human resources counseling, and conducts supervisory training programs to employers of all sizes. He defends employers in employment-related lawsuits, wage-and-hour class actions, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice charges. He also defends and prosecutes restrictive covenant disputes and has significant experience providing labor and employment-related counsel in corporate transactions. Paul holds a Bachelor’s from Furman University and a JD from University of North Carolina School of Law.
