ABOUT THE PRESENTER – Ronald E. Nielsen, CPA/ABV, ASA, CFE, CVA, CFF
Ron is a partner in the Des Moines, Iowa office of Clifton Gunderson LLP, a national CPA and advisory firm. With over 20 years of experience in valuation and business consulting for medium-sized, closely-held businesses, he provides specialized consulting services, including valuation of financial institutions. He also provides business planning, business succession, and exit strategies for banks and their shareholders.
Ron is a CPA and specializes in valuation and forensic services. He is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Iowa Society of CPAs, American Society of Appraisers, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and Association of Certified Valuation Analysts.
