IT’S REQUIRED!  The Bank Protection Act states that institutions must “provide for initial and periodic training of employees in their responsibilities under the institution’s security program and in proper employee conduct during and after a robbery....”  This type of training cannot be put off.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER

Donald R. Jones.  Don is Chairman of Financial Education and Development, Inc., a training firm for the financial industry. Don has spent his entire career in the financial industry. His positions have ranged from the Presidency of a community bank to a senior officer of a large bank holding company. Don was an active member of the Wisconsin Bankers Association, the AIB and the BAI.  He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Banking and the ABA National School of Human Resources. During his involvement with these educational organizations, Don saw a need for comprehensive financial training in many areas within the financial institution. Don has worked with over 90,000 financial institution personnel including Tellers, Head Tellers, Branch Managers, Personnel Managers and Security Officers across the United States

WHAT IS A TELEPHONE/WEBCAST SEMINAR?

This training method allows unlimited listeners on your office speaker phone.  By choosing the webcast option, participants will also be able to view online visuals as the presentation is delivered. Registrants receive a toll-free number and pass code that will allow entrance to the seminar.  The session will be one hour and fifteen minutes in length with an additional fifteen minutes for questions and answers.  Seminar materials will be sent prior to the broadcast along with hook up instructions.
